We do reliable, well-documented drive-by or full exterior/interior Broker Price Opinions (BPO), with a 24-hour turn-around, if needed. We conduct immediate occupancy checks and provide detailed property inspection and condition reports on every asset. When a listing is assigned, entry into Multiple Listing Services is also completed that same business day, assuring prompt exposure to the markets.
Legal Services Assistance
Our skilled negotiators will work with occupants to obtain all necessary documentation required by the bank. If cash-for-keys/relocation assistance is the best approach, we will negotiate with the tenants and handle all the details. If we face the challenge of eviction, we can assist your legal team in the eviction proceedings or refer a seasoned eviction attorney to effect the unlawful detainer hearings.
